Refund Policy


We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Giant Caramel Apples. They are made from fresh, whole fruit and they are Perishable. Rarely, but from time to time, we hear of a less-than-exceptional Apple. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Should an Apple be received that is unsatisfactory, we will replace it within 5 business days during the in-season period, or if out-of-season, we’ll replace it during the next harvest season. Please contact Customer Service (925) 798-4321 within 2 days of receipt of your shipment arriving.

The following policies apply to all returns:

An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns.

We will need shipping information from the outer carton and the internal packing list.

Refunds with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
